Our guided alligator hunts take place in some of South Florida’s most famous locations, including Lake Okeechobee and the vast Everglades. We focus on designated harvest areas like STA-5, Lake Okeechobee West, Lake Okeechobee South, and Everglades WMA-WCA-3A. These areas are known for their robust alligator populations and scenic beauty, providing an ideal backdrop for your hunting adventure.

This includes the use of bows, fishing rigs, bang sticks, and refreshments such as bottled water and soft drinks. Additionally, we handle all aspects of alligator processing through our sister company, Alligators Inc., ensuring your harvest is managed professionally and responsibly.
Techniques and Legal Hunting Hours
Legal hunting hours for public waters hunts are from 24/7., allowing for all-night hunting adventures. Weapons used include compound bows, recurve bows, crossbows, or harpoons for the initial shot, and a bang stick for the harvest. Hunters using bows should have a minimum draw weight of thirty-five pounds and a fishing reel attachment with a retrieval line of at least 200-pound test. Firearms are not permitted on public water hunts.
Securing the Necessary Permits
Alligator hunts in public waters requires specific permits, including CITES tags essential for the sustainability of alligator populations.These tags, issued by the US Fish and Wildlife Service and managed by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, are mandatory for all hunters. We guide you through the permit process, ensuring that you meet all legal requirements for a successful and compliant hunt.
